- Making a purchase
- Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout or Proceed to Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

- Shop in the usual way, on checking out complete your address details and instead accepting WorldPay secure server, use the drop down option to select Payment on Account. Cheques to be made out to Keyword Advertising and sent to PO Box 210, Portsmouth, PO4 0XA This service available for customers of Great British Pounds (GBP) or Sterling accounts only.
- Credit Card
- We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else such as mainland Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or Euros or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or pay over the Internet through WorldPay.

- To your home: Your parcel will be delivered directly to your home address, as stated on your order form. If you are not at home to collect your parcel then a note will be left explaining what to do next.
To an alternative address: Your order can be drop-shipped to an alternative address, for example, you may wish to send the order directly to a friend or your place of work.
However, at this time Neways is registered to do business in only the following countries:
Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, Czech Republic*, Dominican Republic, Greece*, Georgia, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Thailand, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States of America
*Open on an extremely limited, mail order basis, serviced either by the nearest Corporate office or a Distributor run office.
NB: Eire and the Channel Islands are open to Neways via the UK office. UK forms and regulations apply.

- This means Neways do not have a warehouse or an office, and are not properly registered as a multi-level business, nor are Neways products registered with the government for resale. In these countries individuals receive product on a "Not For Resale" (NFR) basis, for personal consumption only. They may not resell the products to other distributors. Neways are working on opening many of these countries. Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within a maximum of 5 working days of receipt, although in most cases despatch will be within two working days.
- Back Orders
- If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
- Tax Charges
- For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
